Results indicate that increasing the ,ferrous sulfate, dose from 0.49 to 1.96 g/l increases the removal rate of COD, BOD, TSS, oil and grease, S 2− and TP. Consequently, the sludge volume and weight showed slight increase. The use of higher dose of ,ferrous sulfate, showed slight increase in the removal rate.
